- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've received TERRIBLE service from my Petro company in RI. We pay for the Premium service, and yet Petro has skipped our tune up for the past TWO years. The last time they delivered oil, they only delivered 11 ounces, and instead of coming back, we are now completely out of oil. I paid $5.20 per gallon in 2013 and so far in 2014 I've paid $8.70 PER GALLON. Go with someone else who is not going to RIP YOU OFF.By Julia Scott, August 29, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Started contract with PETRO with the stipulations that I need someone to inspect my tank with me here so I can set up how much oil I will need for my short time in my rental. They came without informing me, filled my tank up completely and slapped me with the bill plus did not go over the status of my system with possible maintenance that I requested. The funny thing is every conversation I had with them they recorded it and when I asked to go back and check to the tapes they could not. The other sad thing is they hit you on your credit to start a contract. No other company around the area forces you to do that. Do not waste your time with this company!By Jesse D, March 13, 2017
